Building strength and flexibility, stretching and toning the muscles and joints, encouraging healthy gland function and a peacful mind. Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and abilities and is non-competitive. Breathing exercises and meditation induce feelings of calm, positive thinking and greater clarity of mind.
Reiki Training. Have you ever wanted to learn holistic therapy for your own benefit or to help others? Professional Reiki training within the Usui tradition is offered with regular courses from Reiki 1 through to Master/Teacher level.
